BÁNH MÌ

It probably doesn’t need much introduction because Vietnamese bread has created a great reputation in the world for many years. CƠM GÀ (CHICKEN RICE)

A standard dish of Hoi An chicken rice is made from good steamed rice and chicken. The rice is steamed with pineapple leaves to have a good aroma. Locals may add some turmeric powder on the rice to color it.

CAO LẦU

Cao Lau is made up of the signature cao lầu noodles, slices of barbecue pork, pork crackling, bean sprouts, lettuce and herbs, finished with a spoonful of stock. The noodles are carefully made from local fresh rice (not older grains of rice).

MÌ QUẢNG – Quang noodles

Quang noodles are crafted from rice flour and formed into delicate white or yellowish noodles. They are typically served with a flavorful broth made from shrimp, fish, chicken, and pork. To enhance the overall dining experience, these noodles are complemented with a variety of fresh herbs and spices.

XÍ MÀ  ( Black sesame soup)

enjoying a small bowl of Xi Ma – a dessert made from black sesame, sugar, pennywort, and a kind of Chinese medicine. It may not have an attractive colour but it tastes really good and you should not miss it!They make just enough to sell out every day, so be sure to get there earlier rather than later. Each bowl of sesame paste is sooooo smooth and nutty, costing only 10,000 VND/bowl. Super love this, I so regret that I didn’t have the second bowl.

BÁNH XÈO (rice pancake) – THỊT NƯỚNG- (Grilled Pork)

Banh xeo is a popular cake in Asia. Japanese and Korean versions of banh xeo have dough on the outside and are filled with shrimp, meat, bean sprouts, kimchi, potatoes, chives, shrimp, and meat. , fried to a golden color, molded into a circle or folded into a semicircle
